2. Delivery Charges:
- Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £100. A flat rate of £10 for orders below £100.
- Express Delivery: £20 flat rate.
3. Delivery Locations:
- We deliver to residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom.
- For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery times may vary.
4. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
- You can track your order status through our website under the 'Track Order' section.

Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
3. Return Process:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges:

Refund Policy for LaptopnZone
Cheylesmore Appliances uses its own vehicles to deliver kitchen appliances and large TVs, We only deliver to our local area including Coventry, Warwick, Rugby and Leamington Spa. If you are unsure or want to confirm if we deliver to your home please call us on 02476 505034. We can on most occasions offer a Next Day Delivery service when ordering items we hold in stock before 7pm. For orders over £250 delivery is free of charge.

Two Man Delivery
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your return is rejected (e.g., item is not in its original condition), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
